It began with a “Zubada”.
Ever wonder how the song “Zubada” in Phineas and Ferb’s “Tri-stone Area” got it’s name? It all started with Antoine Guildbaud, Celeste Moreno, and myself jamming and playing around with song ideas for the episode. We were inspired by songs like “Wimoweh" and "Stomp”.
Later it was decided that we do a caveman version of "Gitchee Gitchee Goo" instead, but you can still hear a little bit of what we came up with in the intro of the final version. The final was of course created by our fab composer, Danny Jacob.
Take a listen to this first demo Celeste, Antoine, and I did. You’ll hear Antoine’s addition of a “Zubada” skat. This made us laugh so hard..I’m so glad the song kept this title!
